We are facing unprecedented challenges getting water through to our lower-end users on our west canal. Over the last two weeks, our primary goal has been pushing water to the users along Old Stage Rd. We have a very limited supply in Emigrant lake that we wanted to utilize at the same time as Talent Irrigation District to be more efficient. The system was designed to utilize the return flows from the irrigation/operations in TID's District and we have always understood that our lower end has benefited greatly from these supplemental flows. With our limited supply and the impacts of the drought on both Districts, we are experiencing significant delays. We understand how difficult and frustrating this has been for our Patrons. We continue to do everything we can to get water through the system and will provide updates as soon as possible.
