• Over the phone – Please call 877-816-9304.
• Online with your bank (using bill pay). This option may be free – contact your bank for details.
• By mail – Please mail your payment to PO Box 70, Jacksonville, Oregon 97530.
• In person – Our office is located at 5045 Jacksonville Hwy, Central Point, Oregon. 

You will need a sequence/account number to apply a payment. Point & Pay will charge a fee for this service, which will be presented for your review before you submit your payment.

The fees for this service are:

• Debit/Credit – 3.00 per $100 of the bill.
• Electronic Check – $2.95 (Note:  If an e-check transaction is processed against an account with insufficient funds, an NSF check charge will be applied to the irrigation account.)
