Thursday morning update,

Water levels are back up at West Main Canal Jacksonville, after yesterday's dip. The lower end  (Old Stage, Ross Lane, and Beall Lane) should see this flow reach the end of the system throughout the day. Scott lateral users may not see water until later this evening.
